Is delivery free?

At present, we do not offer free delivery.
International delivery charges are carefully calculated based on the
destination and weight of your shipment, ensuring full transparency in your
shipping costs. Please note that the purchase price and shipping cost shown at checkout do not include duties or taxes. Any additional fees—such as customs duties, import taxes, or levies imposed by your destination country—remain the responsibility of the customer and, if applicable, will be collected at the
time of delivery by the relevant authorities. As we grow, we aspire to extend complimentary shipping options to select regions in the future.

What is the delivery time?

Our standard delivery timeframe is 10–15
business days. Please note that all our pieces are handcrafted in limited
quantities, and while we strive to dispatch orders within the estimated window,
occasional delays may occur due to the artisanal process, high demand, or
customs clearance. Your patience helps us ensure each piece reflects the
craftsmanship and quality that define LAMIA.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can trace your parcel directly on the
carrier’s website.

Yes, cancellations are accepted before the order has been processed.

Each piece is handcrafted with care, and we hope you are delighted with your order. Because of our limited-edition, artisanal production, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If an item you receive is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt. Any faulty item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos or videos. Our team will carefully review your claim and, if approved, guide you through the return process.Based on our assessment, resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or—only in exceptional cases—a refund. All decisions are made at the brand’s discretion, with a
commitment to fairness and quality assurance.
